• Biographical Information

Scott and Angela Thaxton are the owners of (TLC). Scott has 20 yrs of union experience, under local 309 & local 906. Scott’s also is a concrete specialist/ finisher, laser operator, scaffold builder, forklift operator, cutting, welding, hot work, flogger, & Heavy highway. Scott has a Certified state of Illinois blasting Technician, has Class A CDL drivers license, Hazard Communication, has had OSHA 40 hr course- Occupational Safety & Health training course, & EMT-CPR (adult & child)
